Meet Megan Thole, Founder & Principal Advisor of Thole Advisory Co. For over 14 years, Megan has worked alongside senior leaders navigating complexity and change. PROSCI-certified in change management and holding a master’s degree in leadership and management, she brings structured thinking and grounded perspective to significant decisions and periods of transition. She is known for bringing calm and clarity, helping leaders focus on what matters most and make confident strategic decisions. Megan is often brought in when direction feels unclear or alignment is off, and a steady outside perspective is needed to determine the next step forward.
